The hotel would have been a good fit for our family due to spacious rooms, but the smell of cat urine and proximity to the elevator were unpleasant. The service was friendly and helpful, especially from Paul, the maintenance guy. The location was convenient for accessing the mall and restaurants, although the lack of towels was an issue. The dining experience offered excellent choices but was disappointing at times.
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were not the best, lacking a full-length mirror, but the hot tub was a nice addition. The service was excellent in every aspect, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access to the mall, although the dining experience had its struggles during peak times.
